The OSHA 10 hour construction training program, which teaches basic safety and health information to entry-level workers in construction and general industry, explains serious workplace hazards, workers' rights, employer responsibilities and how to file an OSHA complaint is required of all employees at TE Construction. Along with OSHA's 10 hour program, TE Construction  require all of their employees to complete OSHA's 30 hour training program, as well.

EPA Lead-Safety Certification Program requires that firms performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 be certified by EPA (or an EPA-authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.
